How to request deletion
This process covers both Google-linked and guest anonymous Sudoku Twist accounts. Account deletion must also be available from inside the app before release; if that control is unavailable, use this web request.
- Send an email from the Google address used to sign in, or identify the guest account with its anonymous user ID if you have it.
- Use the subject Delete my Sudoku Twist account.
- State that you want your account and associated cloud data permanently deleted.
- If you submitted feedback using another contact email, include that email and ask for the linked feedback to be deleted.
We may reply to verify that the request came from the account owner. Requests are normally completed within 30 days after verification.
Data that will be deleted
- The Firebase Authentication account used by Sudoku Twist.
- Synced gameplay data, including puzzle statistics, completion history, scores, achievements, campaign progress, and synchronized gameplay preferences.
- Account identifiers and profile details available to Sudoku Twist, such as the Firebase user ID, display name, email address, and profile photo URL.
- Feedback submissions that can be reliably linked to the account or contact email identified in the request.
- The VS profile, Elo and counters, active attempts, account-transfer records, and the link between the account and its recorded runs.
Data that may remain
- Gameplay data stored only on your device remains until you clear the app's storage or uninstall Sudoku Twist.
- Information retained temporarily in service-provider backups may remain until normal backup rotation completes.
- Minimal records may be retained for up to 90 days when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or to document completion of the deletion request.
- Aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer identify you may be retained.
- Recorded VS runs may be retained after the account link, name, and photo are removed. Retained runs are disabled and no longer assigned to opponents. Moderation reports and run evidence may also remain after the reporter identity is removed.
Information required by law may be retained for the legally required period and will not be used for unrelated purposes.
Guest and anonymous data
Local guest gameplay data can be removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it.
Playing VS or sending feedback while signed out creates an anonymous Firebase identifier. Deleting local app data does not by itself delete its cloud records. Use the in-app account-deletion control when available, or email us with the anonymous user ID and enough details to locate the account or feedback. If no identifier is available, include the approximate date and relevant battle or feedback details.

قد نطلب التحقق من ملكية الحساب. تُنفذ الطلبات عادة خلال 30 يومًا بعد التحقق.
ما يتم حذفه
- حساب Firebase الخاص بالتطبيق.
- بيانات اللعب المتزامنة، مثل الإحصاءات والنتائج وسجل الإكمال والإنجازات وتقدم الحملة وإعدادات اللعب المتزامنة.
- معرّف المستخدم والاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورابط صورة الحساب المتاحة للتطبيق.
- رسائل الملاحظات التي يمكن ربطها بالحساب أو البريد المحدد في الطلب.
ما قد يبقى مؤقتًا
قد تبقى بعض البيانات مؤقتًا في النسخ الاحتياطية حتى انتهاء دورة الحذف المعتادة. وقد نحتفظ بسجل محدود لمدة لا تتجاوز 90 يومًا عند الحاجة للأمان أو منع الاحتيال أو الالتزام القانوني أو إثبات تنفيذ الطلب. البيانات المحلية على جهازك لا تُحذف إلا بمسح بيانات التطبيق أو إزالته.
